Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Redclose ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Redclose is a Reddit lead-discovery tool. You describe your problem, your solution, and your target audience inside a workspace; we monitor selected subreddits, identify relevant public Reddit posts and comments, score them with AI, and present them in a per-workspace CRM. Redclose provides intelligence only — outreach is performed by you directly on Reddit, and the Service does not send direct messages on your behalf. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must sign in with a Google account through our authentication provider. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to use Redclose for the business purposes you describe. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use & Reddit Compliance

You agree not to:

• Use Redclose for harassment, spam, or any activity that violates Reddit's User Agreement or Content Policy.
• Send unsolicited bulk direct messages, impersonate other users, or otherwise abuse the contacts you discover through the Service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, scrape it, share access across organisations, or circumvent rate limits or access controls.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or interfere with other users' use of it.

You are solely responsible for the outreach you perform using leads surfaced by Redclose. We provide lead intelligence; you remain accountable for complying with Reddit's rules and with applicable anti-spam, marketing, and consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your workspace inputs, your notes, and the messages you compose. Redclose retains all rights to the platform — including the software, prompts, scoring system, audience-modelling logic, and brand. The Reddit content displayed in your CRM is fetched from Reddit's public APIs and remains the property of its original authors and Reddit; we make no claim to it. You grant Redclose a limited licence to process your workspace inputs solely to operate the Service for you.

6. Payment, Billing & Cancellation

Redclose is offered on a paid subscription basis at $19 per month per workspace. Each workspace you operate is billed as its own subscription through our payment processor, Polar. By starting a subscription you authorise us to charge the applicable fees on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may cancel any workspace subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: until then, your workspace continues to receive daily lead discovery. After the period ends, the workspace becomes read-only, your data remains visible, and you may reactivate the workspace at any time to resume discovery. We may change pricing on future renewals with at least 30 days' notice.

7. AI Scoring & No Guarantee of Results

Audience modelling, subreddit ranking, and lead scoring are produced by automated AI systems. Scores reflect estimated relevance, not certainty. Redclose makes no guarantee that any lead will respond, convert, or be commercially valuable, and you should independently evaluate every lead before acting on it. Outputs may occasionally be incomplete, mis-scored, or contain errors inherent to AI models.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part and without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, abused Reddit's rules through Redclose, or created risk for other users or for us. Where the breach is curable, we will give you notice and an opportunity to fix it. You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by cancelling your subscriptions and deleting your account. On termination, we will remove your workspaces and lead data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redclose, its operators, and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated date, and where the change is significant we will announce it inside the Service. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
